Film Composer Matt Gates: News

I am very happy to be working on this film. The music I am writing for it will be best the score I have done to date. The film is inspiring to work on and I am at a point where I feel I have really begun to perfect my craft.

I finally have my sessions from Russia finalized and available on the site. We recorded a good chunk of the score for "Carbon Copy" and one track from the still undisclosed game I scored last year. The score for Carbon Copy is a blend of Bernard Herrmann influenced noir and the modern ideal of a purely "color" score.
